The Rent Leveling Department was established by the Borough of Fairview to protect residents from unfair or unlawful rent increases and improper charges in multi-family housing. Our department is committed to ensuring that tenants, particularly seniors, disabled individuals, and others who qualify for "Protected Tenancy Status" under Borough criteria, are treated fairly.
