The Fairview Code Enforcement Department is dedicated to maintaining the quality of life & safety within our community by ensuring compliance with local ordinances and property maintenance codes. Our mission is to promote a clean, safe & welcoming Borough for all residents & businesses.
Services we provide:
- Property Maintenance Enforcement: Addressing issues such as overgrown grass, debris or unsafe structures to uphold community standards.
- Illegal Apartment Investigations: Identifying & Addressing unpermitted residential units that violate zoning laws & pose safety risks.
- Zoning compliance: Ensuring that residential, commercial and industrial properties adhere to zoning regulations.
- Garbage & Waste Issues: Addressing Improper disposal of garbage, bulk waste and recycling to maintain community cleanliness with disposal regulations.
Residents are encouraged to contact the Code Enforcement Department with questions, concerns, or to report potential violations. All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled confidentially.
