An Overview
The powers of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall be in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69.
Board Composition
The Board of Adjustment consists of seven (7) members and two (2) alternate members. The Board is assisted by a professional staff consisting of:
- An Attorney
- The Borough Engineer
- Board Secretary
Board of Adjustment Meetings
The Board of Adjustment meets for Public Hearing once each month on the third (3rd) Thursday at 7:30 PM at the municipal building, 59 Anderson Avenue, Fairview, NJ 07022.
